Shipping
For shipping, we collaborate with DHL to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible. After your order is processed (within 48h), delivery takes 3–6 business days, straight from our atelier to your door. You’ll receive a DHL tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.


Delivery via DHL
DHL will deliver your order to the address you provide. If the package cannot be delivered, it will either be left with a neighbor or reattempted at a later time. The day and time of the second delivery depend on the date of the first delivery. If you are also unavailable during the second attempt, a note will be left in your mailbox indicating the nearest DHL Service Point where you can pick up your package. You have 7 days to collect your package; otherwise, it will be returned to us.


Pickup at a DHL Service Point
No need to stay home to receive your package. You can choose to have it delivered to a DHL Service Point near you. Decide where your package will be delivered and pick it up at your convenience. There’s always a DHL location nearby. Please collect your package within a week; otherwise, it will be returned to us.


Returns
After receiving your products, you have 14 days to notify us if you wish to return them. Once you’ve informed us of your intention to return the products, they must be sent back within 14 days, with proof of shipment, to Farmers Atelier.

The purchase amount will be refunded as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days after the withdrawal request.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.
  • We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
  • Orders returned outside of the 14-day return window will not be accepted.
  • There is no warranty for issues caused by washing. Any damage after washing is the customer's responsibility.


Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or if the product is defective/incorrect (color or model). Please note that shipping delays due to customs clearance, beyond our control, are not considered valid reasons for initiating a return.
