How long does delivery take?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via DHL Express. Delivery takes 3–6 business days depending on your location.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow your package in real-time.
What should I do if my order is delayed or hasn’t arrived?
Start by checking your tracking link for updates. If your parcel is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, check with neighbors or local pickup points. Still no luck? Contact our support team.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes. A valid street address is required for shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return an item?
Email our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order to start the return process. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return costs are at your own expense.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, unless you received a defective or incorrect item — in that case, we’ll cover return costs.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 14 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange my order?
We don’t process direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order in your desired size or color.
What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect product?
Reach out to our customer support with photos of the item. We’ll fix the issue immediately.
Can I change my order or shipping address after placing it?
Changes are only possible if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Contact us immediately if something’s wrong.
I forgot to add an item. Can I change my order before it ships?
As long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Contact us quickly with your order number.

How do I pick the right size?
Our clothing has an oversized fit that is true-to-size. If you prefer a more fitted look, we suggest sizing down. Size guides are available on each product page.
What are your items made of?
Our pieces are crafted from 100% premium heavyweight cotton (~275 GSM) for a soft, structured feel and lasting quality.
Are the prints long-lasting?
Yes. All graphics are made with durable inks that withstand washing if cared for properly.
How should I wash my items?
Turn items inside out and wash at 30°C. Air dry only. Avoid bleach or tumble drying to preserve quality and shape.
Do you offer plus sizes?
Currently, our size range runs up to XXL. We are working on expanding our range based on customer feedback.
I’m between sizes — what do you recommend?
If you like an oversized fit, choose the larger size. For a more fitted look, size down.
